Sore throats are a pain in the neck.

Guess what? It’s National Vodka Day, and since we’re all dodging COVID this fall, I thought, “Why not celebrate with a Quarantini?”

Picture this: it’s just you, your vodka, lemon juice, and a touch of honey syrup, all chilling out together in a cocktail glass. And to top it off, we’ve got a glass rimmed with powdered Vitamin C for that extra “health-conscious” touch. You know, gotta keep those immune systems in check while we’re sipping on spirits!


Quarantini

  • 3 oz vodka
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz honey syrup (1:1)
  • SHAKE with ice
  • STRAIN into a chilled martini glass rimmed with powdered vitamin C

Alcohol: 17% Sugars: 37 g
