Ice-Berg

  • 1 oz tequila reposado
  • 1 oz orgeat syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 2/3 oz Underberg (1 small bottle)
  • Combine all with 1 cup of crushed ice in a blender
  • Pour into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass
  • Garnish with upside down empty Underberg bottle
