Celebrating the milestone with a Tom Collins (because, obviously). - 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- approx 2 oz club soda (top off)
- Build gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a tall glass with ice
- Top with club soda
- Garnish with lemon slice or wheel
