Artichoke Hold

Recipe found on Punch:

Whenever I think of artichokes, my mind drifts back to an episode of The Little Rascals. The kids were puzzled about how to eat an artichoke? Alfalfa, in his usual goofy charm, quipped, “It may choke Artie, but it ain’t gonna choke me!” Well, this cocktail may not choke you, but it sure will give your taste buds a delightful surprise.

Introducing The Artichoke Hold, my first foray into cocktails with Cynar. This Italian bitter aperitif, with artichoke as its star ingredient, adds an unexpected twist to a classic Mai Tai. Trust me, the Cynar in it is a revelation—rich, slightly sweet, and intriguingly bitter, it takes the drink to a whole new level.

Speaking of new levels, have you seen my latest bar setup? Say hello to my BumperBar 🛟! This nifty mobile bar is my new favorite thing, perfect for entertaining anywhere. Plus, they’ve made me a custom bar mat with my logo that fits it beautifully. It’s the little things that make a big difference!
