Alright, check it out: So, Kevin Armstrong, the dude slinging drinks over at London’s Milk & Honey, cooked up something wild. One night, he’s giving his buddy Sam a lift home, and bam! Sam is dropped off in the E8 area and gets caught with his pants down (while taking a leak) and gets mugged. That unforgettable moment sparked the genius idea for what we now know as the East 8 Hold Up.
East 8 Hold Up
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 tsp passion fruit syrup
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Strain over fresh ice in an old-fashioned glass
- Garnish with passion fruit and a sprig of mint
