I know a lot of jokes about retired people, but none of them seem to work.
Ever had those cocktail moments where you put in all the effort, only to end up with a so-so drink? Well, fear not, because this piña colada recipe from Tropical Standard 🛟 is truly revolutionary! Starting with a whole pineapple, I went the extra mile, coring it, freezing the chunks, and tweaking the fresh pineapple juice to the acidity of lime juice. And finally, xanthan gum kept everything perfectly emulsified to the end. The final result? This concoction is pure magic. The most mouthwatering frozen delight to ever grace my taste buds. Cheers to never settling for mediocre cocktails again!
