Juan Ho Royale

This magical concoction hails from the mysterious Smuggler’s Cove 🛟:

My New Year’s resolution was to drop my bad habits, but no one likes a quitter.

Hey there, fellow revelers! Guess what I’ve got up my sleeve this New Year’s Eve? It’s time to pop some bottles and get the party started! Tonight, I’m going for a knockout combo: tequila and bubbles, mixed up into a sensational blue drink called the Juan Ho Royale.

This recipe was dreamt up by the legendary Martin Cate (Smuggler’s Cove) for Hula’s in sunny Santa Cruz, California. It’s got that perfect blend of tequila’s fiery spirit and the effervescence of bubbles, promising a taste bud adventure that’s out of this world.

So, here’s to bidding farewell to the old and ringing in the new year with a toast for global peace, endless happiness, and heaps of good health in 2024. Cheers to that! 🥂

  • Strain into the coupe over the champagne

Alcohol: 12% Sugars: 23 g

I love the ripples in my Viski Meridian Martini glass 🛟! The gold-dipped rim is the perfect touch!
