I told my wife she drew on her eyebrows too high. She seemed surprised.
Check out my festive creation, topped with a cherry—literally! I whipped up sort of a holiday flip. Flips, my friends, are cocktails jazzed up with a whole egg. Now, because I’m nuts about chocolate-covered cherries, I threw in some Crème de Cacao. Shared it with pals, and they went bonkers over this jolly drink. One of them even dubbed it a sophisticated chocolate milk for grown-ups. Fingers crossed that this concoction steals the show!
It’s a Wonderful Libation
- 1.5 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur 🛟
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 0.5 oz Crème de Cacao
- 1 whole egg (shell removed 😉)
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake to emulsify the egg
- Fill shake with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupe
- Garnish with cherries and dust with grated nutmeg
