I’m in the midst of my wild experimentation phase! Playing mad scientist with acidity levels of various fruit juices to replace our trusty lime or lemon juice in cocktails. In this margarita experiment, I gave lime the pineapple twist, tweaking it to match that zesty lime kick. Mixed that with some tequila blanco and Cointreau Liqueur 🛟, and voilà! The result? A taste bud-tingling, flavor-packed delight!
